The Golden Fields Beyond

Hello, art lovers and blog readers! I am Ellen Perantoni, landscape painter, and for those who read my blog posts regularly I apologize for not having posted for a while. Sometimes it takes a while until I am satisfied with a painting, that's one thing.
I live and paint in the Hudson Valley and my main inspirations are the Hudson River School and the Barbizon School. This blog contains, art images, art chat and purchase/gallery info.
If you have any questions please contact me at eperantoni@yahoo.com
The painting at right is entitled "The Golden Fields Beyond". It has just been finished and is still drying. It's 14x18" on stretched canvas, and I will frame it in a museum quality antique gold frame. I frame in styles that work with antique or contemporary decor.
I will feature this work at my studio tour and sale August 16-17. If you can come to the mid-Hudson Valley for a beautiful summer weekend and would like to see my work in actuality, mark this date on your calendar--and contact me for a free map to the studio. This will be part of a townwide studio tour with 23 other opsn studios by artists and artisansd including potters, sculptors, batik artists and more. .
I'm happy to show my work at my studio by appointment, and allow people who have seen my work on the Net to see it in actuality before purchasing. If you purchase from a digital photo without seeing the painting you may return it within 30 days if you are not delighted. In that case you receive a full refund less shipping cost. I accept PayPal and funds drawn on USA based banks, and I ship insured.
My mountainside studio is about 2 hours from the NYC metro area, 4 hours from Boston, 1 hour from Albany.
